1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> ■- �f 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of a 51 acre parcel located at <br /> 15792 N. Ray Road, Lodi, CA. The subject parcel number is 025-140-34. The project is in <br /> an agricultural community, and the existing parcel is`zoned <br /> ' AG-40. << <br /> t�1.2 Description of proposed developm It is proposed to split a 51 acre parcel into/&!P'— <br /> one 2 acre homesite parcel and one 4 cre parcel. In accordance with the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report (SSCR) is being <br /> submitted for approval. This report will investigate the property for visual or historical <br /> environment contamination based on field observation, interviews with the owner, and county <br /> records. (This SSCR includes no chemical analysis). <br /> 1.3 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map with Vicinity Map, and APN <br /> page). <br /> 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE• <br /> k1 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present, and Proposed Future Uses: The primary source of <br /> information of the historic use of this property is testimony of the owner, David Lind. - <br /> ` owner was interviewed on October 8, 2007. David Lind has owned the subject parcel fo 10+ <br /> years. The land use has not changed under his ownership. <br /> Presently the property includes a vineyard and a homesite. The surrounding properties to the <br /> north, south, east, and west are used for agricultural purposes. <br /> 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTAMINATION: <br /> _ <br /> /3.1 Methods Used to Research: Methods used to research this parcel were records <br /> researched at the San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on October 2, 2007 <br /> (see appendix for results). An onsite survey performed on October 8, 2007 by Mike Toy of <br /> Dillon & Murphy.the owner was interviewed on October 8, 2007, by Mike Toy of <br /> Dillon & Murphy. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's underground <br /> storage tank site mitigation database list did not yield any findings on the subject parcel (see <br /> appendix). A search for U.S.T./L.U.S.T sites was done on the subject parcel and yielded no <br /> findings.
