Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Applicant failed to conduct a Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report for this major <br /> subdivision in accordance with the San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 905.12. A qualified environmental professional shall conduct a Surface and Subsurface <br /> Contamination Report, and submit it to the Environmental Health Department with the <br /> appropriate fees. The Environmental Health Department shall approve the report prior to <br /> Final Map approval. <br /> NOTE: The previous report dated June 18, 2002, is outdated and does not reflect this project. <br /> B. A Soil Suitability Study/Nitrate Loading Study indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> tank usage must be performed prior to Final Map approval as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) <br /> of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required, and a <br /> review fee of$ 445.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to Final Map approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and <br /> disposal system is required for each parcel.
