DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. A non-exclusive access easement shall be granted to every new <br /> parcel. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> b. The Parcel Map requirement is waived. <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Jaoquin County Devleopment Code lmust be performed prior <br /> to the recordation of the Parcel Map or letter of approval <br /> indicating tha the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system on parcels #1, <br /> #3 , #4 and remainder under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Helath Divison at the time of devleopment. <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well on parcelks <br /> #1, #3 , #4 and remainder under a well permit and inspecton <br /> bythe Environemental Health Division at the time of <br /> devleopment. <br /> d. Repair the existing septic system under permit and inspection <br /> by the Enviromental Health Division as follows: The washing <br /> machine waste water from the residence on Parcel #2 must be <br /> plumbed into the septic tank. <br />
