CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1200037 <br /> RJM Vineyards/Quartaroli & Associates <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1200037 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on March 23, 2012, which is the effective date of <br /> approval. This approval will expire on September 22, 2013, which is 18 months from the <br /> effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a <br /> Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to <br /> approval of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff: John Funderburg, <br /> 468-3160) <br /> a) APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on <br /> the site plan dated March 4, 2012. <br /> b) NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be <br /> recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of <br /> the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and <br /> forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be <br /> prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land <br /> Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> 2.
