CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-02-83 <br /> Loogman <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-02-83 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on April 8, 2002,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on October 8, 2003,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Kimberly Wallace, 468-0816) <br /> a. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Site Plan dated <br /> March 11, 2002. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment'shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. ACCESS: The following access requirement applies: <br /> (1) The 39.88-acre parcel will require approved access for any residential development. The parcel <br /> is non-buildable for residential purposes until access is approved per Development Title Section <br /> 9-1150.16. <br /> 2.
