A Certificate of Compliance is required- A fee based on the current <br /> fee schedule is required for the processing of the legal descriptions. (Development Title Section 9-890.4) <br /> 2. The remainder parcel shall be designated and labeled as"Designated Remainder"on the Certificate of <br /> Compliance legal parcel descriptions.(Subdivision Map Act Section 66445) <br /> 3. All easements of record sliall be referenced on the Certificate of Compliance legal parcel descriptions. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br /> 4. A twenty-five(25)foot wide proposed private access and public utility easement shall be provided for the <br /> benefit of Parcels I and 2. Said easement shall be described on the Certificate of Compliance legal parcel <br /> descriptions and shall be noticed by a recorded Notice of Minor Subdivision Restriction. <br /> hiformational Notes: <br /> (i.) Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one(1)acre of soil shall require a State <br /> NPDFS construction permit. Dischargers whose projects disturb I or snore acres of soil or whose projects <br /> disturb less than i acre of soil and is not part of a larger common plan of development,are required to <br /> obtain coverage under the current General Permit for Discharges of Storm Water Associated with <br /> Construction Activity(Nvww.sNvrcb.ca.gov/storin-ivtr/geii—coilst.litmlgconst_pel•mit). <br /> (ii.) All fiiture building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time of permit <br /> issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements(Title 9,Chapter 9-1605) <br /> and all requirements of the State of California(CCR Title 23)that are in force at the time of permit <br /> issuance.
