Mr. DeBie said that <br /> he has the opportunity to sell his orchard to the owner of the adjoining <br /> property whose land is also in orchard. He does not live in the home but <br /> his son presently lives ;there. He keeps his equipment, mocorhome and <br /> recreation room on the property. His son is not involved in the farming <br /> f operation. <br /> i Comm. Carroll asked if the new owner would object to erasing the lot line <br /> between the two orchards. Hr. Lopes said he did not know the answer to that <br /> question. <br /> OPPONENTS: There was no one present in opposition; the letter referred to by <br /> staff was noted as being in opposition. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING CLOSED <br /> F <br /> Comm. Jungeblut asked if the owner would object to a condition malting the <br /> orchard area a nonbuildable parcel. Mr. DeBie said he would not object to <br /> that condition.
