There are{no General Plan density requirements for single-family residences on existing <br /> parcels. <br /> i <br /> Prior to approving an application for a Revisions of Approved Actions for a Parcel Map, the <br /> Review Authority-;:tnust make three findings: <br /> >r <br /> (1) There ac changes in circumstances which make any or all of the conditions of such map <br /> no longer appropriate or necessary; <br /> • This Finding can be made because under current regulations for the AG-40 zone, a <br /> single-family residence is a permitted use (Development Title Table 9-605.2). <br /> (2) The amendments do not impose any additional burden on the present fee owner of the <br /> property; and <br /> This Finding can be made because the owner of the property is requesting that the <br /> condition be removed.The removal of the condition will not impose any additional <br /> burden because the proposed amendment will allow the.property owner to use the <br /> property as they propose. <br /> (3) The am�dments do not alter any right,.titlE, or interest in the real property reflected on <br /> the recorded^map. <br /> :r <br /> • This Finding can be made because the amendment will simply remove.the existing <br /> Condit16in No. 2 from the Conditions of Approval for PM-81-0090 that makes the <br /> parcel tfon-buildable for residential purposes. <br /> The application t�s been tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting on August <br /> 19, 2010.
