Karla Kuhl CEQA Determination: Negative Declaration <br /> Project Description <br /> This project is a Quarry Excavation application to remove approximately 150,000 cubic yards of rock, sand, <br /> and gravel from 11.4 acres of a 197 acre site over a 4-year period. This mining will occur in one phase. All <br /> material will be processed at an existing facility located adjacent to the site. Reclamation will occur each year <br /> of the 4-year period as follows: Three (3) acres will be reclaimed each of the first three years, and two (2) <br /> acres will be reclaimed the fourth year. All the topsoil at the project site will be retained on the site and used <br /> in project reclamation. Topsoil will be replaced continuously and simultaneously as excavated materials are <br /> removed.
