Any other information added by the lead agency. 1.5.5 Mitigation Monitoring and Report Program Section 21081.6 of the Public Resources Code requires lead agencies to "adopt a reporting and mitigation monitoring program for the changes to the project which it has adopted or made conditions of project approval in order to mitigate or avoid significant effects on the environment."The mitigation measures presented in this EIR have been clearly identified and presented in language that will facilitate establishment of an adequate mitigation monitoring and reporting program(MMRP).
