Because the computation of Ldn includes a 10 dB penalty for trucks operating during nighttime hours,the total number of <br /> truck trips Munn&Perkins can generate without exceeding 65 Ldn depends on whether the night paving project starts at 9 pm or <br /> after 10 pm.
