Funderburg
San Joaquin County Community Development
Development Services
1810 Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, CA 95205
SUBJECT: ENVIRONMENTAL REFERRAL— SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY PA-0200370
(QX) REVISIONS OF APPROVED ACTIONS
Mr. Funderburg:
The Stanislaus County Environmental Review Committee (ERC) has reviewed the
subject project and has the following comments/conditions:
Transportation/Traffic
With the additional vehicular traffic caused by this Project, additional wear and tear will
occur to Stanislaus County roads. For those loads that are generated by this project
that will travel Stanislaus County roadways, with bills of lading with a Stanislaus County
address as a destination, Stanislaus County Public Works is asking for a mitigation
measure that will off-set the wear and tear caused by the Project's truck trips. This will
alleviate the effects of the project traffic's wear to County roadways.
• The applicant shall enter into an agreement with Stanislaus County
Department of Public Works to pay a fee of$0.055 per ton of material
entering or leaving the property that will travel Stanislaus County
roadways to offset future maintenance costs to Stanislaus County
roadways. The agreement shall be in place within three months of the
approval of the revisions to San Joaquin County PA-0200370 (QX). The
fee shall be tied to the Engineering News Record Construction Cost Index
as published in the January edition; the base Construction Cost Index is
8090.06 as of January 2008.
