The SSJID has requested that the following condition be added to the <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> 4.c. The applicant and the South San Joaquin Irrigation District shall enter into a <br /> Developers Agreement for the property identified by APN: 247-230-09- <br /> This Condition will replace the Condition of Approval that the SSJID requested at the <br /> Planning Commission hearing of March 20, 2003. <br /> At the previous Planning Commission hearing the applicant requested to modify <br /> Condition of Approval 11 as follows: <br /> t. MERGER: The site consists of four separate parcels. The parcels shall be <br /> merger prior to initiation of the use of the site as a quarry, if applicable. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the request and recortvnends <br /> the proposed change. <br /> The Planning Commission also needs to consider the Reclamation Plan as part of the <br /> Quarry Excavation Application. The following is the revised recommendation: <br /> 1. Approve the Mitigated Negative Declaration; and <br /> 2. Approve Quarry Excavation No. PA-0200370 and the Reclamation Plan with the <br /> Findings and Conditions of Approval contained in the staff report. <br /> The Department of Public Works has revised the Conditions of Approval for the <br /> proposed project. The revised conditions remove many of the requirements regarding <br /> the roads and include a new condition requiring a conveyor from the proposed quarry <br />
