The SSJID has requested that the following condition be added to the Conditions of Approval: 4.c. The applicant and the South San Joaquin Irrigation District shall enter into a Developers Agreement for the property identified by APN: 247-230-09- This Condition will replace the Condition of Approval that the SSJID requested at the Planning Commission hearing of March 20, 2003. At the previous Planning Commission hearing the applicant requested to modify Condition of Approval 11 as follows: t. MERGER: The site consists of four separate parcels. The parcels shall be merger prior to initiation of the use of the site as a quarry, if applicable. The Community Development Department has reviewed the request and recortvnends the proposed change. The Planning Commission also needs to consider the Reclamation Plan as part of the Quarry Excavation Application. The following is the revised recommendation: 1. Approve the Mitigated Negative Declaration; and 2. Approve Quarry Excavation No. PA-0200370 and the Reclamation Plan with the Findings and Conditions of Approval contained in the staff report. The Department of Public Works has revised the Conditions of Approval for the proposed project. The revised conditions remove many of the requirements regarding the roads and include a new condition requiring a conveyor from the proposed quarry
