The following is the revised recommendation: <br /> 1. Approve the Mitigated Negative Declaration; and <br /> 2. Approve Quarry Excavation No. PA-0200370 and the Reclamation Plan with the Findings <br /> and Conditions of Approval contained in the staff report. <br /> The Department of Public Works is also recommending that the following Conditions of <br /> Approval be added: <br /> i. Harrold Avenue shall be widened and paved to County standards for a fifty <br /> (50) foot wide right-of—way rural road with equivalent structure sections as <br /> proposed on the proiect plans. <br /> j. Dedication to result in a twenty-five (25) foot wide right-of way from the <br /> centerline of Harrold Road to the property line shall be required across the <br /> frontage of APN 247-230-09. Dedication shall be made on the Site map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br />
