CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1200008 <br /> MC KINSEY/MORRIS <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1200008 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on February 28, 2012,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on August 29, 2013,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if <br /> required by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: (Contact Staff: Rick Griffin, [209]468-3154) <br /> APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment among four parcels as shown on the site plan dated <br /> January 18, 2012. <br /> NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development Department. <br /> The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to <br /> practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> LOT SIZE: Each parcel shall be a minimum of two acres in size.
