McKinsey <br /> Dear Mr. Griffin: <br /> The South San Joaquin Irrigation District owns, operates and maintains irrigation and/or <br /> drainage facilities which may provide service to the property described in the subject, <br /> application. <br /> When property boundaries are changed, it is likely to affect the current method of water <br /> billing and water delivery. In some cases,the District will no longer be able to provide <br /> irrigation service unless certain provisions are made to extend or relocate facilities to <br /> accommodate the newly established parcels.
