RECIEVED <br /> MAR - 5 2007 <br /> Community Development Dept, <br /> To: The San Joaquin County Development Committee <br /> From: Dr. and Mrs Tom Huff <br /> 4407 Yacht Harbor Drive <br /> Stockton, Calif.95204 <br /> We were astonished, when we recently read a proposal for a 10 LOT Major <br /> Subdivision in the Riviera Cliffs area of San Joaquin County. <br /> There are many objections to this proposal and one of the main objections <br /> is that it would result in an ecologocal disaster. <br /> The road into and out of Riviera Cliffs will handle only a limited amount of traffic <br /> and this additional burden will result in serious traffic problems. <br /> As we are residents of Riviera Cliffs, we are greatly concerned about this <br /> proposal, and request that it be denied. <br /> We would appreciate hearing more about this matter <br /> Saturday, March 03, 2007 <br />
