March 4, 2007
San Joaquin County
Community Dev . Dept
1810 East Hazelton Ave
Stockton, CA 95205
Att: Kevin Swanson
As residents of Riveria Cliffs it has come to our attention that there is an application for
review PA-0700055 (St1) (Pre-application). It is our understanding that this application
is being submitted to request subdividing two parcels into 10 residential lots.
We have resided in this neighborhood since 1969 and would like to state our objections
to this filing requesting a change in the now current R-L (low Density Residential zoning
rule. One of the most appealing things about this residential area is the size of the lots.
Most homes here are built on a minimum of a 100' or more frontages. This adds to the
character of the neighborhood. We enjoy the wide streets and the general feeling of open
space.
It appears that the applicants are more interested in the "profit"potentials then the
consideration of the existing resident property owners. This letter is to state our
STRONG OBJECTION to the approval of this Pre-application and subsequently a fon-nal
Application.
Thank you for your consideration,
Cordially,
Marion Patti thony Patti
v\C,_ C&
4208 Cliff Drive, Stockton, CA 95204 (209) 948-94
