RIVIERA DRIVE (APN 109-040-20 & 21) (PA-07000555) (SU) (PRE-APPLICATION) <br /> The City of Stockton Public Works Department has reviewed the subject application and offers <br /> the following comment: <br /> 1 . It appears the proposed access roads serving the subdivision are private. Said access <br /> roads should be paved to prevent tracking onto the public roadways, and should <br /> conform to acceptable fire access standards. If however, the access roads are to be <br /> public, they shall conform to City of Stockton Standard Plans and Specifications, and <br /> shall include appropriate street terminations. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to comment on this application. <br /> JAMES B.
