It appears the proposed access road serving the subdivision is private. Said access <br /> road should be paved to prevent tracking onto the public roadways, and should conform <br /> to acceptable fire access standards. If however, the access road will be public, it shall <br /> conform to City of Stockton Standard Plans and Specifications. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to comment on this application. <br /> JAMES B.
