DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> b. A Parcel Map is required. <br /> C. Remainder shall be designated as "Designated Remainder" on the <br /> Parcel Map. <br /> d. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> subdivision. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is $2 , 018 . 00 <br /> for each single family dwelling unit in the Delta area. The <br /> fee shall be automatically adjusted annually by the <br /> engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record) . <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of the Parcel map or Letter of approval indication <br /> that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system on Remainder <br /> Parcel under a permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well on Remainder <br /> Parcel under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. <br />
