' s <br /> westerly right-of-way from Robindale Avenue to the <br /> southerly property line of APN 119-150-39 . (A $200 . 00 <br /> fee currently is required for processing per Planning <br /> Title Section 9-10502 in addition to a copy of the Grant <br /> Deed and a legal description of the parcel to be offered <br /> for dedication. ) (Planning Title Section 9-9204 , 9-9380) <br /> d.
