Conditions of Approval <br /> MS-92-16 <br /> Page 3 <br /> 3 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required. <br /> b. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. A letter from the water supplier will be <br /> required stating that they have the capacity to serve the <br /> development and that the system meets State standards <br /> prior to recording the Parcel Map. <br /> C. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed, and transported to an approved landfill <br /> in accordance with San Joaquin County rules and <br /> regulations . <br /> 4 . BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and <br /> shall be incorporated in the construction plans before <br /> submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> 1 . A recorded utility easement is required on the new <br /> parcel (s) . <br /> 2 . All sewer connection, sewer tap and encroachment <br /> fees must be paid to the City of Stockton Public <br /> Works Department prior to the issuance of a <br /> Building Permit. If not already installed, provide <br /> separate sewer laterals for each newly created <br /> parcel. <br /> 5 . SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a . Pursuant to Section 66474 . 9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the <br /> local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency <br /> or its agents, officers, or employees to attack, set <br /> aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, <br /> advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative body <br /> concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within <br /> the time provided for in Section 66499 . 37 of the <br /> Government Code. <br />
