This project is on the edge of the 100-Year flood plain The project will be referred to the Public <br /> Works Department for comments and conditions to mitigate any potential hazard. _ <br /> 1.b. This project will be sent to the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board for <br /> comments and conditions This proiect must comply with their regulations regarding groundwater <br /> and surface water. These regulations will ensure neither surface nor groundwater is impacted by this <br /> rooect. <br /> 3.b. The Natural Diversity Database lists the Swainson's Hawk (Buten Swainsoni)as potentially <br /> being near the site It is unlikely that the milking parlor will have any effect on the Swainson s <br /> Hawk because this is a developed site with no nesting sites. This prosect will be referred to the <br /> California Department of Fish and Game for comments and conditions. <br /> 4.aA manure management plan is required by the Environmental Health Department. The plan <br /> should reduce the odor associated with the dairy to an acceptable level. <br /> Initial Study - 6 - Rev 5-00 <br />
