Chandler Martin -2- <br /> COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENT <br /> PA-04-756 (UP) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $690.00 per 1000 gross square foot of building <br /> designated as Manufacturing in the Thornton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each <br /> year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolutions R-00-433) <br /> 4. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 5. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066) that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon <br /> submittal of verification. <br /> 6.
