<br /> hereinafter referred to as the Cardoza Parcel, being more particularly described as follows:
<br /> BEGINNING at the northwest corner of said Cardoza Parcel, also being the southwest corner of
<br /> the land deeded to CenterPoint Properties Trust described in that certain Grant Deed recorded
<br /> April 10, 2008 in Document No. 2008-056968, San Joaquin County Records, hereinafter referred
<br /> to as the CPT Parcel, also being a point on the east line of the west 170 feet of said southeast
<br /> quarter(SE 1/4) of Section 24; thence along the common line between the Cardoza Parcel and
<br /> CPT Parcel, South 86°38'41" East, 1152.00 feet; thence leaving said common line, South
<br /> 0095'30" West, 897.91 feet to a point on the north right-of-way line of Lathrop Road, said point
<br /> being 54.00 feet north(measured at right angles) of the south line of said Section 24; thence
<br /> along said north right-of-way line the following three (3) course: (1)North 87°27'28" West,
<br /> 103.52 feet; (2)North 87°27'27" West, 312.13 feet; and (3)North 88°13'12" West, 461.68 feet to
<br /> the southeast(SE) corner of the 0.995 acre parcel as shown on that certain map filed for record
<br /> on February 14, 1967 in Book 16 of Parcel Maps, Page 3, San Joaquin County Records, also
<br /> being the southeast(SE) corner of the Genstar Western Stone Products, Inc. Parcel as shown on
<br /> that certain map filed for record on February 8, 2006 in Book 36 of Surveys, Page 22, San
<br /> Joaquin County Records; thence along the east line of said Genstar Western Stone Products, Inc.
<br /> Parcel,North 00028'02" East, 456.45 feet to the northeast corner of said Genstar Western Stone
<br /> Products, Inc. Parcel; thence along the north line of said Genstar Western Stone Products, Inc.
<br /> Parcel,North 87°27'28" West 276.98 feet, more or less, to the east line of the west 170 feet of
<br /> the southeast quarter(SE 1/4) of Section 24; thence along said east line,North 00°27'30" East,
<br /> 463.85 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
