Weber Avenue, 3rd fl. i <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> Dear Letitia: <br /> Listed below is the information for our Underground Storage Tank o <br /> Inspection. <br /> 1) Logbook has been started and is located in the guard office in our back lot. <br /> The Maintenance Department, Circulation Department and Security <br /> Department are aware of this book and have been notified to log any <br /> alarms, releases and service. <br /> 2) Enclosed you will find the completed monitoring plan. <br /> 3) Our Maintenance Department has taken care of cleaning out the overspill <br /> container and will do this on a regular basis. <br /> 4) Enclosed is a copy of the receipt for the installation of the new monitoring <br /> system.
