STOCKTON RECORD <br /> MONITORING SYSTEM F <br /> RESPONSE PLAN <br /> , a <br /> 19 <br /> DATE: January <br /> ll <br /> FACILITY: Stockton Record <br /> OWNER: Stockton Record <br /> OPERATOR: Stockton Record <br /> TANK: 10, 000 gal. unleaded gasoline <br /> The secondary containment system of the underground fuel storage <br /> tank and product delivery line will be continuously monitored by a <br /> Pollulert electronic monitor using liquid sensing probes set to <br /> immediate response time. This electronic monitoring panel is <br /> located in the guard house. <br /> The electronic monitor will be tested daily by the facility guard. <br /> In the case of an alarm condition, the guard will immediately <br /> contact Banks and Company - 462-9911, who will remove any <br /> unauthorized releases within the secondary containment system and <br /> have an approved D.O.T. hauler haul away. <br /> If response clean-up, and resumption of normal operations occurs <br /> within 8 hours of initial alarm, the incident will be recorded in <br /> an on-site log book and no contact will be made with the San <br /> Joaquin County Department of Health. <br /> If the response to the alarm condition can not be rectified within <br /> 8 hours, the San Joaquin County Department of Health shall be <br /> notified at (209) 468-3420 . <br /> Persons allowed to authorize the aforementioned work are: <br /> Orage Quarles III Publisher &President (209) 546-8243 <br /> Mike O'Connor Production Director (209) 546-8361 <br /> Rick Henning Assistant Production Dir.
