Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other Ordinance requirements may <br /> apply. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact: Kathy Allen, [209]953-7509) <br /> a. BUILDING PERMIT: Submit an "APPLICATION-IMPROVEMENT PLAN". The Site Plan required <br /> as a part of the improvement plan must show drainage, driveway access details including gates, on- <br /> site parking, landscaping, signs, existing and proposed utility services, and grading (refer to the <br /> "SITE PLAN CHECK LIST"for details). A fee is required for the Site Plan review. <br /> eview. <br /> b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for four on-going outdoor special events for bloodless bull- <br /> fighting and two special events in October, combining indoor events and outdoor bloodless bull- <br /> fighting as shown on the site plan dated April 3, 2006. The dates and hours of the special events are <br /> as follows: <br /> (1) 7 weeks after Good Friday 6:00 p.m to 10:00p.m. <br /> (2) 8 weeks after Good Friday 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. <br /> (3) Fourth of July 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. <br /> (4) Sunday before Labor Day 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. <br /> (5) Third Friday of October 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. <br /> (6) Third Saturday of October through the Following Monday: <br /> A. Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. <br /> B. Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. <br /> C. Monday 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. <br /> c. CAPITAL FACILITY FEE: This project may be subject to the Capital Facility Fee. If the Capital <br /> Facility Fee is applicable, the County shall collect the fees before the issuance of any building <br /> permits. (Development Title Section 9-1245.2) <br /> d. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and permanently <br /> maintained with gravel or chip seal. Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary to protect <br /> adjacent structures or properties. <br /> (2) A minimum of 660 parking spaces shall be provided, including 13 accessible spaces, 3 of which <br /> shall be van accessible. Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary <br /> entrance (C.C.R., Title 24).
