Conditions Revisions of Approved Actions for Site Approval Application No. PA-0600203 was approved by the Planning Commission on. The effective date of approval is. This approval will expire on, the original expiration date, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain in force. Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and Ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as Ordinance requirements pertinent to this application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other Ordinance requirements may apply. 1) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact: John Funderburg [209]468-3160) a) IMPROVEMENT PLAN: Submit an "APPLICATION-IMPROVEMENT PLAN". The Site Plan required as a part of the improvement plan must show drainage, driveway access details including gates, on-site parking, landscaping, signs, existing and proposed utility services, and grading (refer to the"SITE PLAN CHECK LIST'for details). A fee is required for the Site Plan review. b) APPROVED USE: This approval is for a maximum of eight special outdoor events as shown on the site plan dated April 3, 2006. This approval supersedes the revised conditions of approval dated July 23, 2010. The existing dining hall (Structure#2) is accessory to the arena and can only be used during the dates approved below. The dates and hours of the special events are as follows: (1) May 19-21, 2012, 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Rodeo) (2) June 9-11, 2012; 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Rodeo) (3) July 7-9, 2012 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Rodeo) (4)August 11-13, 2012; 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Rodeo) (5) September 8-10, 2012; 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Rodeo) (6) September 29-30 and October 1, 2012; 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Rodeo) (7)Third Friday and Saturday of October from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (Bloodless Bullfighting) (8)Third Sunday and Monday of October from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.(Bloodless Bullfighting). c) CAPITAL FACILITY FEE: This project may be subject to the Capital Facility Fee.
