CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-0600203 <br /> OUR LADY OF FATIMA <br /> Revisions of Approved Actions Site Approval Application No. PA-0600203 was approved by the San <br /> Joaquin County Planning Commission on May 17, 2012. The effective date of approval is May 29, <br /> 2012. This approval will expire on November 29, 2013, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building <br /> permits have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies <br /> have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and Ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled <br /> prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions <br /> followed by a Section Number have been identified as Ordinance requirements pertinent to this <br /> application. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and other Ordinance requirements may <br /> apply. <br /> 1) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact: John Funderburg [209] 468-3160) <br /> a) IMPROVEMENT PLAN: Submit an "APPLICATION-IMPROVEMENT PLAN". The Site Plan <br /> required as a part of the improvement plan must show drainage, driveway access details including <br /> gates, on-site parking, landscaping, signs, existing and proposed utility services, and grading (refer <br /> to the "SITE PLAN CHECK LIST'for details). A fee is required for the Site Plan review. <br /> b) APPROVED USE: This approval is for a maximum of eight special outdoor events as shown on the <br /> site plan dated April 3, 2006.This approval supersedes the revised conditions of approval dated July <br /> 23, 2010. The existing dining hall(Structure#2) is accessory to the arena and can only be used <br /> during the dates approved below.The dates and hours of the special events are as follows: <br /> (1) May 19-21, 2012; 11:00 a.m.to 9:00 p.m. (Rodeo) <br /> (2)June 9-11,2012; 11;00 a,m,to 9:00 p.m. (Rodeo) <br /> (3) July 7-9, 2012 11:00 a.m.to 9:00 p.m. (Rodeo) <br /> (4)August 11-13, 2012; 11:00 a.m.to 9:00 p.m. (Rodeo) <br /> (5) September 8-10, 2012; 11:00 a.m.to 9:00 p.m. (Rodeo) <br /> (6) September 29-30 and October 1, 2012; 11:00 a.m.to 9:00 p.m. (Rodeo) <br /> (7)Third Friday and Saturday of October from 11:00 a.m.to 11:00 p.m. (Bloodless Bullfighting) <br /> (8)Third Sunday and Monday of October from 11:00 a.m.to 11:00 p.m.(Bloodless Bullfighting). <br /> c) CAPITAL FACILITY FEE: This project may be subject to the Capital Facility Fee. If the Capital <br /> Facility Fee is applicable, the County shall collect the fees before the issuance of any building <br /> permits.
