Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be - <br /> modified. <br /> A. Applicant shall obtain a permit to operate under the Environmental Health Department's Food 4^ - <br /> Program for the Special Events. A permit shall be obtained for each separate special event.. <br /> The fee for a special or temporary event is $115.00. <br /> - b <br /> B. Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 <br /> and 9-1110.4)- <br /> C, Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum <br /> number of employees and customers the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In <br /> addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded sort cannot be - <br /> driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that <br /> specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> D. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the <br /> number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system <br /> will be required by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, artd Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> NOTE: <br /> Applicant shall contact Adrienne Ellsaesser, Lead Senior Registered Environmental Health <br /> Specialist, at (209) 468-0343, to determine if the existing well can be permitted as a public <br /> water system prior to final approval of the Use Permit. <br />
