restoration of the soil capability will be achieved; and, a plan specifying how the reclamation <br /> of the site is monitored. <br /> The Excavation/Reclamation Plans, file dated December 17, 1999 have been reviewed and the <br /> following comments noted: <br /> • Sheet 1 <br /> - Access to Santa Fe Road needs to be shown. <br /> - Please add a note that excavation within the 25-foot setback along the south and <br /> east property lines will not go below the elevation of the abutting property. <br /> - "Phase" is misspelled in Note 6. <br /> - Identify the adjacent Quarry Excavation as "QX-97-1". <br /> • Sheet 2 <br /> - Indicate on all cross-sections that excavation in the 25-foot setback along the <br /> south and east property line will not extend below the elevation of the abutting <br /> property. <br /> - Indicate the location of the topsoil and overburden stockpiles. These stockpiles <br /> must be separated and each clearly identified. <br /> • Sheet 3 <br /> - Note 7 indicates that drainage is to remain on site. Please indicate what <br /> methods will be used to accomplish this. <br /> • Sheet 4 <br /> - Indicate on all cross-sections that excavation in the 25-foot setback along the <br /> south and east property line will not extend below the elevation of the abutting <br /> property. <br /> - Section D-D indicates that excavation is to extend onto the neighboring property. <br /> Please correct this. <br /> Tentative Conditions of Approval have been developed and are attached. These <br /> tentative conditions are subject to change depending on the results of the <br /> archeological/historical survey, oak tree counts, and receipt of further responses from <br /> responsible federal, state, and local agencies. <br />
