Line Adjustment Application No. PA-0700413;was, approved by the Sari Joaquin County <br /> I Community Development Department on September -26, 2007, which is the effect.ive date of <br /> approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified;all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on March 27, 2009,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if <br /> required by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Patrick Crosby, 468-8597) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment to adjust the property lines between two lots <br /> as shown on the plan dated.August 29, 2007. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior <br /> to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> I Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. MINIMUM LOT SIZE: Parcel Two shall be a minimum of two (2) gross acres in size. (Development <br /> i Title Section 9-872.2[e]) <br /> d. LOT WIDTH: Parcel Two shall have a minimum width of 330 feet. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 610-4). <br /> 2.
