March Lane, 4th Floor <br /> Stockton, CA 95219 <br /> Subject: SEPTIC SYSTEM SUITABILITY STUDY <br /> PROPOSED GRUPE PROPERTY PARCEL SPLIT <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> MS-95-04 <br /> Dear Mr. Huber: <br /> This report presents the results of our septic system suitability study performed for the proposed <br /> parcel split of the Grupe property. The property is located west of the intersection of Ray and <br /> Sargent Roads, north of State Highway 12 in San Joaquin County, California. A plot plan and <br /> vicinity map showing the approximate location of the property are presented on Plate I of this <br /> report. <br /> A preliminary plan provided to our firm indicates that approximate 40.0-acre and 3.2-acre <br /> parcels will be split off of the approximate 357.5-acre property. The plan provided indicates that <br /> a residence with associated outbuildings, a well, and a septic system are located on the proposed <br /> 3.2-acre parcel and we have assumed that they will remain. We have also assumed that any <br /> construction on the proposed 40-acre parcel or the remainder of the property will be limited to <br /> one single-family residence with one septic system per parcel. Additional details of the project <br /> are not known to our firm at this time. <br /> This report is to satisfy San Joaquin County requirements as described in Section 9-1105.2(d) <br /> of the San Joaquin County Development Title. Our scope of services was outlined in our <br /> proposal dated March 15, 1995, and our services were initiated based on your written <br /> authorization of March 16, 1995.
