A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage must be performed prior to recordation of deed or record of survey as required by <br /> Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is <br /> required and a review fee of$ 435.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.Y.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$87.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: The proposed Parcels 1, 2, 3, and 4 are being created over a slope area with part of each <br /> parcel in an area subject to flooding and consequently reducing the ability to provide onsite <br /> sewage disposal and onsite wells according to the San Joaquin County Standards. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
