It is quiet, peaceful and picturesque, <br /> which is what attracted us to this location when we purchased our home four years <br /> ago. We are situated on the Mokelumne River with a five acre nature preserve as our <br /> neighbor to our east and this proposed winery would be north west and extremely close <br /> by. <br /> It seems as if the majority of the 10 acre property will be developed for commercial <br /> use.
