Parcel 1 to contain 4.25 acres, <br /> Parcel 2 to contain 4.25 acres, and Parcel 3 to contain 2.00 acres, as shown on the site plan dated October <br /> 6, 2014. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development Department. <br /> The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to <br /> practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. LOT WIDTH: The following requirements shall apply (Development Title Section 9-872.2[g]): <br /> (1) All parcels shall have a minimum lot width of 150 feet, measured at the front yard setback line. <br /> 2.
