(3) Parking spaces for persons with disability shall be provided as required by Chapters 11A <br /> and 11 B of the California Building Code. <br /> (4) Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) feet wide and <br /> twenty(20)feet long. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the <br /> Site Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way <br /> aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways <br /> designated as fire department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) This project will be required to comply with the Model Water Efficient Landscape <br /> Ordinance Requirement per California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Division 2, Chapter <br /> 2.7. <br /> (2) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width <br /> of Schulte Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be <br /> enclosed by a screen six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. Items stored within one hundred <br /> (100) feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two <br /> (2)feet above the adjacent screen.
