Schulte Rd <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well (s) under permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. Obtain all required permits. <br /> C. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or <br /> excavation under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> d•. Connection to a public sewer system is required. <br /> e. If hazardqus material is stored on site applicant must <br /> register with County Office of Emergency Services. <br /> f. Submission of three (3) sets of food facility construction <br /> plans to the Environmental Health Division for review and <br /> approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> g. Submission of four (4) sets of detailed underground storage <br /> tank plans to the Environmental Health Division for review and <br /> approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> h. The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited into <br /> any water course nor in any way contribute to the pollution <br /> thereof. <br /> i. Provide an approved potable water supply for all employees <br /> during the construction of the complex. Approved chemical <br /> toilets shall be provided for all employees during the <br /> construction of the complex.
