The application forms can be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. If the above ground holding <br /> facility had to be emptied you first would have to analyze the <br /> contents for any hazardous material. You can obtain specific <br /> test requirements from the Environmental Health Division. <br /> Additional Conditions <br /> 1. Application must be made to the San Joaquin County Air <br /> Pollution Control District for the necessary Air Pollution <br /> permits. <br /> 2 . Environmental Health permits for the faciity will be required. <br />
