Located in the Patterson Pass <br /> Business Park at the southeast corner of Schulte Road and <br /> Patterson Pass Road, south of Tracy. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all conditions of Approval and <br /> ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to recording <br /> the Parcel, Map. <br /> This approval will expire three (3) years from the date of <br /> approval unless, (1) all Conditions of Approval have been <br /> complied with, and (2) a Parcel Map has been filed with and <br /> accepted by the Surveyor's Division. <br /> Those conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> I. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. All development shall comply with Development Agreement <br /> No. DA-90-01, Special Purpose Plan No. PP-94-01, and <br /> Mitigation Monitoring Program No. MM-94-01. <br /> b. Lots 1 through 8 shall have a minimum lot width of 50 <br /> feet measured at the 20-foot front yard set back. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-410.4) <br />
