The results of the FSA were presented in SECOR's report entitled Phase 1 <br /> H&4 of Lot 5 of the Patterson Pass Business Park- Tracy, California dated October S, 1999. Lot 5 is <br /> located adjacent to the west of Lot 6. It is understood that Rose/Bell may enter into a transaction involving <br /> Lot 6. <br /> Based upon SECOR's site reconnaissance, neighborhood and historical review conducted for Lot 5 is <br /> September of 1999.Lot 5 and Lot 6 were identical in current and historical use. That is,both Lots 5 and 6 4 <br /> had no structures and were graded lots. The streets, curbs and gutters, and other public utilities had been <br /> installed throughout the Business Park.
