The project site is located on the south
terminus of Schulte Court, southwest of Tracy.
We have circulated the above referenced project through our normal interdepartmental review
process. Our Traffic Operations Branch offers the following comments:
• Traffic Impact fees should be collected on a "fair share" basis for future improvements at I-
205 and 1-580 interchanges.
• All Final Conditions of Approval should be forwarded to Caltrans District Planning in order
to monitor approved local development and implementation of agreed upon mitigation
measures.
If you have any questions or wish to discuss this project further please contact me at (209) 948-
7142, or e-mail csayre(adot.ca.gov.
Sincerely,
CHRISTINE A. SAYRE
Associate Transportation Planner
Intergovernmental Review Coordinator
609540
