CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1600274 <br /> R&R FARM MANAGEMENT LLCISCHACK & COMPANY, INC. <br /> Lot Line AOjustment application no. PA-1600274 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on December 28, 2016, which is the effective date of <br /> approval. This approval will expire on June 29. 2018, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors' Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Alisa Goulart, (209) 468-0222) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the <br /> Site Plan dated November 21, 2016. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded <br /> prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and <br /> signed by a Registered Civil engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyors' Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
