Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> 6� A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report that was submitted to the Environmental <br /> I �3 Health Department on March 27, 2003, was deemed inadequate. Prior to Parcel Map <br /> qI�I approval an addendum shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department and <br /> l approved by their Department. <br /> B. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of$178.00 is required at time of <br /> 00,.�Tbmittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> l <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> b� f C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> �A_*r <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map.
