Specifically, these <br /> changes were requested and the following changes were made: <br /> 1. There is no Engineer or Registered Environmental Assessor stamp and signature. <br /> The report is now signed and stamped on page 8. <br /> 2. There are no specific dates of the site visit and the interview of the owners, and the report lacks a completion date. <br /> The site visit and interview was completed on February 11, 2003 and is detailed on page 8. <br /> 3. Could you speak to the total properties historical use more specifically for the last 5 years; crops farmed, any <br /> pesticide application, etc? <br /> The property has been used for farming the crops listed on page 6, since 1941. <br /> 4. There are no references to San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department databases concerning the <br /> contaminant area. <br /> The databases were search on June 2nd, 2003 and nothing was found pertaining to this property. This is <br /> detailed on page 7. <br /> 5. There are no references to the Agricultural Commissioner for the agricultural chemical use on the parcel. <br /> These databases were search on June 2"d, 2003 and nothing was found pertaining to this property. This is <br /> detailed on page 7. <br /> 6. There is conflicting information within the report concerning the depth to groundwater. What is the true depth to <br /> groundwater? <br /> The depth to groundwater is 5 to 15 ft below the surface, depending on the seasonal rainfall and aquifer <br /> pumping rates. This is detailed on pages 3 and 6. <br /> 7. Was the preparer aware of the requirements of San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-905.12, when <br /> providing the "Scope of Work"on page 4? <br /> At the time of preparation I was not aware of the requirements, only that the report should "resemble a Phase 1 <br /> Environmental Report". I have since familiarized myself with the requirements of SJCDT section 9-905.12. <br /> Please review these changes and let me know if any other changes need to be made.
