Schulte Road, Tracy APN: 252-030-01 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Schulte Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application, The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> 2. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application.
