CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-01-93 <br /> Reed, et al <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-01-93 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community . <br /> Development Department on January 8,2002,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be compiled with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on July 10, 2003, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br />*i unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Rick Griffin, 468-3154) <br /> a. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Site Plan dated <br /> Decembers, 2001. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> f Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared,stamped,and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer,qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act,or a Licensed Land Surveyor.(Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> I c. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: An application for a California Land Conservation Contract(also <br /> known as the Williamson Act)shall be filed that will bring Assessor's Parcel No.019-220-32 under <br /> contract prior to recording the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. Legal descriptions reflecting the new <br /> j parcel configurations shall be submitted with the application. Filing fees are required for this <br /> application. <br /> 2.
