(DISTRICT 4). <br /> APPLICANT: George and Betty Cardoza APN: 173-270-10 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. The flood zone is "B" per the Flood Insurance Rate Map <br /> (FIRM) 060299 0 455 B dated July 4, 1988 . <br /> Section Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of <br /> San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3.
